Dear Members,
We want to inform you that Wayne County Community FCU will be closing at 1:00 p.m. on April 8th, 2024, to observe the total solar eclipse. This decision has been made with an abundance of caution, taking into consideration various factors such as the expected traffic and population increases in the area, potential service outages, and possible delays in emergency services. We want to ensure the safety of our employees and the well-being of our Credit Union members, which is why we have chosen to close at 1:00 p.m.
We understand that this closure may cause some inconvenience, but we encourage you to plan ahead by withdrawing extra money or making payments on the business days leading up to the event. Rest assured that any ACH and check processing scheduled for that day will proceed as planned. Additionally, you can continue to access your account seamlessly 24/7 through the WCCFCU mobile app or online banking at wccfcu.com.
Our team will be back to serve you during regular business hours on Tuesday, April 9th. This once-in-a-lifetime experience is a momentous occasion that deserves our attention and appreciation.
Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to serving you soon.
Sincerely,
Wayne County Community FCU Team
